Room Reservations

Available Spaces

Students may request a space through Calendly in advance. Same-day requests may be accommodated when space is available. Reservations are available between the hours of 8:00 am - 4 pm. (Note: The Career Center opens at 8 am, so if a student needs the space earlier than 8 am, it is not guaranteed.) Students should reserve only the time needed for their career-related activity and use the space only for the approved purpose.

Shared Space Policy

Career Center shared spaces are available to students for career-related activities, including virtual or phone interviews, informational interviews, networking conversations, and interview preparation. Shared spaces are not available for general studying, coursework, group projects, socializing, or meetings unrelated to career development.

Please plan to arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation start time. After that time, the Pod may be made available to another student.

Career Center Office Priority

Career Center programs, meetings, appointments, and staff operations take priority. We will make every effort to honor student reservations; however, students may occasionally be asked to relocate if an unexpected Career Center need arises.

When possible, staff will provide advance notice and help identify an alternative space. We will make every effort not to interrupt a student who is actively participating in an interview or other time-sensitive employer conversation.

Students are expected to respect their reservation time, keep the space clean, and be mindful that the Career Center is an active professional workspace.
