The Precision Nutrition Lab at ×ÔοÊÓƵ University Medical Center is seeking a motivated and independent postdoctoral fellow to join our research team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and application of artificial intelligence and machine learning methods for deep phenotyping, predictive modeling, and large-scale integration of biological and clinical data. Experience working with complex, high-dimensional datasets, including multi-omics and longitudinal electronic health record (EHR) data, will be valuable for the successful completion of ongoing projects.

The fellow will develop and validate phenotype algorithms, extract and harmonize clinical data from EHR systems, and apply advanced computational approaches to address challenges in precision health and translational research. Candidates should have doctoral training in a quantitative discipline such as Biomedical Informatics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or a related field, along with strong programming skills in SQL, R, and Python. Opportunities also exist to contribute to software and analytical tool development, collaborate with investigators across ×ÔοÊÓƵ, and lead manuscripts arising from innovative interdisciplinary research projects.
