Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP)
Degree and non-degree seeking students (excluding DUS and Consortium students) enrolled in four or more credit hours, a zero-credit research/dissertation course, or any other course that is considered to equate to full-time enrollment are required to have high-quality health insurance coverage and are automatically enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP).
All International Students are automatically enrolled in SHIP and the premium for coverage is added to their tuition billing unless proof of comparable coverage is furnished.
Scholarship athletes and Opportunity οƵ students must complete the required by July 15, 2025 to compare your current plan or to indicate that you are not currently covered by an insurance plan. If you have current health insurance coverage, please ensure you have the policyholder's name and policy number to complete the waiver. If you do not fill out the waiver form by July 15, you will receive a course registration hold until this task is complete. Dependent Coverage and Petition to Add Coverage
