Student VTRAC Process
All students traveling on non-credit bearing VU-business, with the exception of faculty/staff-led cohorts, are required to record their travel with VTRAC no less than 60 days prior to trav别濒.听
Student travel associated with 自慰视频 Study Abroad, Maymesters, and travel-embedded courses is recorded with the University Registrar's Office and 厂贬翱鲍尝顿听狈翱罢 be recorded with VTRAC.
Students traveling abroad on non-credit bearing VU-business without approval from VTRAC may be subject to disciplinary, financial, and/or academic repercussions.听

Faculty/Staff VTRAC Process
All faculty, staff, and post-docs traveling independently on VU-business are strongly encouraged to record their travel with VTRAC.
All non-credit bearing Faculty/Staff-Led Cohorts traveling on VU-business are required to record their travel with VTRAC.
Travel-embedded courses and Maymesters are recorded through the University Registrar's Office and DO NOT need to be recorded with VTRAC.
Faculty/Staff VTRAC records should be submitted at least 45 days prior to travel.
