Mary Roy (she/her/hers), Director and Title IX Coordinator: Ms. Roy has administrative oversight for ×ÔοÊÓƵ’s Title IX Office and serves as ×ÔοÊÓƵ’s Title IX Coordinator. The office’s functions include sexual misconduct complaint investigation and resolution, evaluation and implementation of supportive measures for individuals involved in sexual misconduct investigations, informal resolution of sexual misconduct complaints, and training and education for ×ÔοÊÓƵ’s campus on recognizing and reducing sexual misconduct. She graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Political Science and earned her J.D. from Wayne State University. She comes to ×ÔοÊÓƵ from Central Michigan University, where she served as its Associate General Counsel. Ms. Roy is proficient in French.

Michael Fazi (he/him/his), Assistant Director: Michael investigates reports of sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, and other alleged violations of ×ÔοÊÓƵ’s Formal Grievance Protocol and Sexual Misconduct Policy. He also serves as the main point of contact for supportive measures and informal resolution. Additionally, he oversees the office's training initiative. Michael also serves as a faculty VUceptor for the ×ÔοÊÓƵ Visions program. Michael received his B.A. in Politics cum laude from the University of Dallas, his Master of Education in Higher Education from Merrimack College, and his Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. Prior to joining ×ÔοÊÓƵ, Michael worked as a community standards fellow at Merrimack College.

Brandy Gagliano (she/her/hers), Title IX Investigator: As a Title IX Investigator, Brandy handles reports related to discrimination, harassment, and violence under Title IX. She earned her B.A. in Policitcal Science, graduating cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and then went on to receive her J.D. from Mercer University School of Law. After completing her education, Brandy practiced employment law at the Tennessee Attorney General's Office.

Sara Mays (she/her/hers), Title IX Investigator: Sara investigates allegations of sexual harassment, misconduct, and related violations of ×ÔοÊÓƵ’s grievance and misconduct policies. Sara graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Journalism and earned her J.D. at the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law. Prior to joining the TIX Team, Sara worked as an Investigator for the Equal Opportunity and Access Office at ×ÔοÊÓƵ.
