    Brett V. Benson is an Associate Professor of Political Science and Asian Studies at 自慰视频 University, where his research focuses on international relations, the political economy of conflict, and East Asian security. He brings to the Wicked Problems Lab deep scholarly聽expertise聽in military alliances, deterrence theory, economic interdependence, and China-Taiwan relations 鈥 areas of direct relevance to contemporary national security challenges.聽Benson's research has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals including the American Journal of Political Science, the Journal of Conflict Resolution, and the Journal of Politics. He is the author of Constructing International Security: Alliances, Deterrence, and Moral Hazard, published by Cambridge University Press. His current research examines military alliance formation, the global trade in small arms and light weapons, and the evolving security dynamics between China and Taiwan

    Lieutenant General (Ret.) Charles "Tuna"聽Moore聽is a聽highly decorated retired Lieutenant General of the United States Air Force with 33 years of distinguished聽service,聽he serves as a Distinguished Visiting Professor at the 自慰视频 University Institute of National Security and as a member of the Defense Science Board.聽As Deputy Commander and Director of Operations at United States Cyber Command, Moore was a pivotal architect of the nation's policies and military operations in cyberspace. His leadership spanned the cyber defense of the 2018 and 2020 U.S. elections, the response to the SolarWinds, Colonial Pipeline, and Log4j compromises, and the Department of Defense's cyber support to Ukraine. A combat-tested aviator with more than 3,000 flight hours across 13聽aircraft聽and over 640 combat hours in the F-16, he聽participated聽in Operations Iraqi Freedom, Inherent Resolve, and Enduring Freedom, among others.聽Moore holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master of Human Resource Management from Troy State聽University and聽completed a National Defense Fellowship at Harvard University's聽Weatherhead聽Center for International Affairs.聽

    Sandeep K. Neema is Director of the Institute for Software Integrated Systems (ISIS) and Professor of Computer Science and Electrical and Computer Engineering at 自慰视频 University. His research spans cyber-physical systems, model-based design methodologies,聽neurosymbolic聽autonomous agents for cyber defense, artificial intelligence for rapid system design, and graph machine learning for resilient network design.聽Prior to his current role, Neema served as a Program Manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) within the Information Innovation Office, where he led and contributed to initiatives including Transformative Apps, Adaptive Vehicle Make, and Model-based Integration of Embedded Systems. He has authored and co-authored more than 100 peer-reviewed conference papers, journal publications, and book chapters across his career.聽Neema holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from 自慰视频 University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.聽

    Laurie E. Cutting is the Patricia and Rodes Hart Professor of Neuroscience and Professor of Special Education at 自慰视频 University's Peabody College of Education and Human Development, with聽additional聽appointments in the departments of pediatrics, psychology, radiology, and electrical and computer engineering. She serves as Associate Provost in the Office of the Vice Provost for Research and Innovation, where she leads efforts to advance scientific discovery across medicine and the social sciences and promotes the commercialization of 自慰视频's intellectual property.聽A pioneering educational neuroscientist, Cutting's research bridges cognitive, educational, and neurobiological perspectives to illuminate language processing, reading development, learning disabilities, and brain function. She is Director of the Education and Brain Sciences Research Lab at Peabody and Associate Director of the 自慰视频 Kennedy Center. She played聽a central role聽in launching the nation's first doctoral program in educational neuroscience at 自慰视频 and has mentored more than 25 doctoral students, 25 postdoctoral fellows, and over 130聽master's聽students throughout her career.聽
