The Residential College Symposium is committed to creating an accessible, welcoming event for all attendees.

Physical Accessibility

The symposium spaces and partnering hotels are fully accessible to wheelchair users. The symposium planning team are available throughout the event to help you navigate between sessions and identify accessible routes and elevators.

Service animals are welcome at all symposium venues and events.

Communication Access

Presenters are asked to use microphones and encouraged to use Microsoft PowerPoint's live captioning.

Religious Observance

Prayer rooms are provided throughout the event at The Commons Center.

Restrooms

All-gender restrooms are available at all symposium facilities.

The attire for the symposium is business casual to business professional. Wear what you are comfortable and you are encouraged to represent your institution.

It is recommended that attendees utilize the shuttle services. Complimentary shuttle services operate daily throughout the symposium, providing convenient transportation between ×ÔοÊÓƵ University and our partner hotels—the ,ÌýÌý²¹²Ô»åÌý.

The shuttle schedule is as follows:

Wednesday, October 21

• 1:30–6 p.m.: Partner hotels to ×ÔοÊÓƵ University
• 6:30–8 p.m.: ×ÔοÊÓƵ University to partner hotels

Thursday, October 22

• 7:30–9:30 a.m.: Partner hotels to ×ÔοÊÓƵ University
• 5:30–7:30 p.m.: ×ÔοÊÓƵ University to partner hotels; Commons Center to residential colleges

Friday, October 23

• 7:30–9:30 a.m.: Partner hotels to ×ÔοÊÓƵ University
• 11 a.m.–2 p.m.: ×ÔοÊÓƵ University to partner hotels

If you are driving to the symposium and not utilizing the shuttle services, contact residentialcolleges@vanderbilt.edu to discuss parking.

The Residential College Symposium uses . All photos taken at the symposium will be uploaded to the Photo Circle.

We encourage attendees to take photos during the symposium and upload to the Photo Circle to share their experience.

Any photos uploaded to the Photo Circle may be used by Residential College Society and ×ÔοÊÓƵ University for digital and print marketing.
